Gifts for friends and loved one in sickness…
Good day!
My post today is about encouraging gifts. Do you have any friends or loved ones that are not well, or going through long periods of illness? I love to send them cards to cheer them up (you can add hanging strings to hospital rooms so that many cards can hang for them to see – see here remember that clothespins are not necessary with standard cards which you can just hang over the string).
I also like to make little ‘encouragement journals’ with stamped images and room for journaling on the back of each page. They are cute little books that they can read and pray with whenever they feel alone.
Here’s the last one I made using Stampin’ Up! Wetlands and Moon Lake Stamp sets with Our Daily Bread Designs Scriptions (Verve also has a wonderful collection of scripture stamps.)
